No. Block B is not guilty. They are guilty of trying too hard, yes, but not guilty in a sense that they reprimanded Thailand and blemished Korea’s reputation. No, definitely not. They just tried so hard to impress us, or more importantly YOU, because you seem to dislike them so much that they even stumble when focusing to make you interested in them.

When one should get back up after falling, as Block B did, others should assist the recovery, and then everything would be the way it was again, peaceful and perfect with kpop.
